Leanne has experience in litigating unfair dismissal, general protections, breaches of the Fair Work Act, and State and Federal anti-discrimination matters. She regularly appears in the Fair Work Commission, Queensland Industrial Relations Commission, Australian Human Rights Commission, Queensland Human Rights Commission, Victorian and Civil Administrative Tribunal and the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia.

Before joining Anderson Gray Lawyers, she worked as an inhouse lawyer for a not for profit organisation
